I KNOW! CRAZY right?! I'm not a fan of sitting at home; Snowflake is a bit limited though when it comes to broadening my daughters horizons. A favorite place of ours in the valley was the Mesa Museum of Natural History. I got to thinking of it after about our 156th trip to Pioneer Park and decided on my next day off with my girl that we would head to the nearest museum I knew of that had dinosaur related exhibits (a Shelby favorite). So off to Holbrook we went. Glad we did.

THE PONY EXPRESS: This tradition is special to me. As an 11 year old girl I sent a letter through The Pony Express. I was SO excited when I got it back. It was a thrilling experience for a young horse lover and owner and plan on sending one through for Shelby this January 29th run.
